Hoping this will find you well Inshallah. We started this semester by reviewing
1. The manners of Quran recitation.
2. Arabic letters.
3. Aoudhubillah and Bismillah.
4. Light and Heavy Letters.
5. Short vowels.
6. Kids also talked about their favorite Surahs.
I request that you buy the Quran with the Uthman Taha manuscript and have the kids practice from that. All our lessons are based on this script and it takes time to familiarize the script. Inshallah, we will start reading from the Quran soon.
The Quranic mushhaf should be
The manuscript should be Uthman Taha.
It should be 604 pages with each Juz 20 and the last Juz 23 pages.
Have 15 lines on each page.
It should not be a color code.
Homework: Please go through the attached doc for homework.
