Week 13 (Silent Letters و ا ل ى )
RULE 9: If Hamzatul Wasl is preceded by the long vowel Wow Madd, Wow Madd will not be stretched, and the letter before it will be recited like a short vowel so it can be connected with the letter after Hamzatul Wasl (Be mindful of the sun and moon letters).
