This week, we discussed the following:
1. When there is a small Alif on top of a Waw, the Ali is silent
2. How to write your names and numbers in Arabic along with identifying arabic numbers
For homework, this week:
1. Review the page for examples and after practicing it, recite these words on this group tomorrow Sunday
2. Write down your own name and the numbers 1 through 7 in Arabic without looking at them and send me a picture of it on Monday
3. Go to https://tanzil.net/#87:1 and listen to Surah A’la and recite along with it at least five times daily
4. Print Surah A’la that I will send and circle all the Alifs on top of the silent waw (و). Send me a picture of this tomorrow Sunday
5. Send in the recitations of the five verses after practicing each day: i.e.
* v1-5 on Monday
* 6-10 on Tuesday
* 11-15 on Wednesday
* 16-19 on Thursday
